At SPECO Eyewear, we aim to make your shopping and delivery experience simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
 Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Across India

We deliver to customers all over India through our trusted courier partners.

✔ Delivery Timelines

  • Non-prescription eyewear: 3–5 working days
  • Prescription eyewear: 5–7 working days (depending on lens type)
  • Remote locations: Additional 2–3 days may apply

Note: Public holidays and Sunday deliveries depend on courier availability.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp update with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order anytime through the link provided.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • COD availability may vary by pincode (if enabled on your store).

4. Packaging & Safety

Every order is carefully packed using:

  • Protective spectacle cases
  • Impact-resistant outer packaging
  • Tamper-proof courier bags

We ensure frames and lenses reach you in perfect condition.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

  • Our team will contact you for assistance
  • If still unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping can be arranged upon confirmation

6. Returns, Exchanges & Pickup

Since we do not have any physical stores, all returns/exchanges are handled through:

✔ Free Home Pickup

We will arrange a pickup from your home through our courier partner.

✔ Doorstep Visit (Selective Locations)

In some cities, our logistics team may visit your home directly for collection.

Condition for return pickup:
 The product must be unused, in its original case/packaging, and in resellable condition.

7. Undeliverable Locations

In rare cases, if your pincode is not serviceable:

  • Our team will inform you immediately
  • You may choose to cancel or update the delivery address
